Hello,

reWASD doesn't have the ability to remap scrolls directly yet, but if you have a gaming mouse (with the native software on a side) you can tweak it. Remap the scroll in native software, then re-assign remapped buttons in the reWASD. More detailed -https://help.rewasd.com/how-to-remap/mouse.html#gamingmouse.
