Anyone got banned for turning mouse into controller r stick on apex ?

I only want aim assist with m&kb. I have brought it already. but still I want to be sure that I won't get banned. I won't use any other feature like rapid fire etc. has anybody ever got banned for using this on apex legends. I will only use on apex legends
