Some other users had similar issues with the interface being weird, and one of them suggested that disabling Nahimic service helped.

Issue with mapping tools disappearing/stretching
Hello again, trying to see if there is a fix for this. When moving my mouse over an icon it will either disappear or stretch as shown in the screen shot. This will only happen on this screen, or any icons located around the edges. This does not happen when in the small menu to map a key/button. Any tips to correct this are appreciated.
