Unable to map 'mouse wheel up' to fire once only on key down press

I'm trying to modify Mouse 4 (X1 mouse button) to input scroll wheel up just once on down press, but not when held or released.

I thought 'Start Press' would be the function to do this, but it seems to operate the same way as 'Single Press', am I missing something?

Also, 'Release Press' would work similarly, but for some reason using this function doesn't allow me to select scroll wheel up as a target input, which I can't see any reason for.

Unfortunately, you can only add scrolling in reWASD while holding the key down.
