Is it possible to shift mode on xbox controller, to shift keys on keyboard

I have my controller in my left hand, and my right hand on keyboard keys.

I want to hold my left trigger on my left hand(controller) to then shift mode keys on the keyboard(right hand) lets just change space bar into /

Is this possible

quick question, is it possible to remap a keyboard key then shift that remapped key,
example lets say I want to permanently remap the UP ARROW to do a W
then can I go into shift mode (press the arrow key physically, which would then read a W) and have that W shift into another letter lets say D

reWASD does not remap its own inputs. You can switch to another [Shift] layer, where that key would be remapped to something different.
