Tooltip Size Visual Bug

Notice the size of the tooltip in the image on the left compared to the tooltip for the image on the right. When hovering over other buttons, the tooltip popups are always the size of the one on the right. Seems to be a visual bug.

Please provide us with the config file shown on your screenshot and the steps to reproduce the issue beginning from the start of the app.

Note: You can find the config file by right-clicking on its name in reWASD and selecting [Open file location] option.
