As you may know, Xbox Elite 2, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S controllers got a new firmware update — 5.13.
Last week, we updated reWASD and enabled remapping paddles on Xbox Elite 2 controller — hooray!
We are strongly recommending to all Xbox Elite 2 controller users to re-download and re-install reWASD from the official site if you want to use the 5.13 firmware version — this update won't be suggested automatically.
Also, you will see a bit outdated starting page, but no worries, at the moment, you have two options:
Also, do not forget to Unmap paddles in Xbox Accessories app to avoid double input. The instructions are below:

To check the firmware version of your Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, please follow the steps below:
1. Connect your controller with a cable or the official dongle.
2. Open the Xbox Accessories app
3. Click ... button under the controller:

4. You will see the firmware version on the next screen, at the top-left:

If you want to revert the firmware version, you may use your console or:

- Remap paddles of Xbox Elite 2 controller on any connection using 5.13 firmware version
- Revert your gamepad to the 4.8 firmware version if you find it more stable or suitable for you

Also, do not forget to Unmap paddles in Xbox Accessories app to avoid double input. The instructions are below:
- Open Xbox Accessories App
- Create an "empty" profile with unmapped paddles and with no additional mappings on other buttons
- Clone this profile and apply it to all 1-3 physical slots
- Now you can open reWASD and assign additional actions to them
