This release brings several major improvements, a completely new mobile experience, and long-awaited fixes that many of you have been asking for.
reWASD Mobile — full power on your phone
The first big news — reWASD Junior has grown up and officially become reWASD Mobile.
We’ve completely rebuilt the mobile config editor from scratch to make configuring faster, smoother, and more intuitive.
Now, you can:
The iOS and Android apps are now functionally synchronized, so both platforms deliver the same consistent experience.
Our goal was simple — give you full control of your configs anywhere, anytime. And while this is already a huge leap forward, we see it as only the beginning of what’s coming next (no spoilers yet).
Expanded device support — welcome, Nintendo players
reWASD 9.2 introduces a major expansion in controller compatibility.
We’ve added full support for the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, Joy-Con 2 (Left/Right) (when connected via the Charging Grip), and the Nintendo Switch 2 GameCube controller.
At this stage, all of these devices are supported over USB connection only — Bluetooth pairing isn’t available yet.
Please also note that rumble features and GR/GL back buttons on Joy-Con 2 are currently not supported, but we’re working to expand compatibility in future updates.
This update also brings full recognition for Azeron Keyzen and 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless controller (in Bluetooth mode) — expanding the list of officially supported devices even further. Improved compatibility — smoother play everywhere
We’ve spent a lot of time refining how reWASD interacts with games and other software to ensure stability and better integration.
The Compatibility Mode has been completely reworked to fix long-standing issues with certain titles.
After extensive testing, reWASD now works reliably with all major games.
We still recommend using this mode only if you experience issues, but rest assured — it’s now stronger than ever.
Another long-requested improvement — the new Enhanced Mouse Mute option.
This mode refines mouse handling, reduces latency, and ensures consistent behavior when remapping mouse input. It’s available in Preferences and can be turned on or off anytime.
Keep in mind that it affects all active configs and Shifts, and may conflict with third-party remapping software — so we recommend disabling other remappers when using this option. Smaller updates that make a big difference
This update is the result of months of feedback, testing, and community input.
We’d love to hear your thoughts — especially about reWASD Mobile and the new Nintendo support.
Every comment helps us make reWASD better.

Now, you can:
- Remap directly from your phone, without leaving the game.
- Adjust curves, combos, activators, and zones just like in the desktop version.
- Manage Shift Layers, Sub-configs, and output devices in real time.
The iOS and Android apps are now functionally synchronized, so both platforms deliver the same consistent experience.
