Support for "Generic Controllers"

Would love to see the addition of generic controllers, for example I have an ipega sw020, essentially a clone of the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. NHas 6 axis gyro and vibration. Would love to use Gyro aiming with this!

reWASD reports battery status only original Dual Shock controllers. The 3rd party controller (wirelessly PC connected) do not report the battery status or report but incorrectly, so reWASD doesn't display battery indication it because of this reason.

So, I think that charging status is because of 3rd party software.

Hey there! Unfortunately, we do not have this exact model (Mobile), so I am not sure how it reports the battery level. Do you have any other app on your PC that shows the battery status? It may be a hardware issue.

I tested Raiju Mobile with this Steam app https://store.steampowered.com/app/7...ery_Indicator/

It also said that Raiju Mobile was connected wired. However Windows 10 Bluetooth menu could estimate that battery level correctly.

I noticed one very minor issue. When connecting Raiju Mobile to PC with bluetooth, reWASD's tray agent won't show the controller battery level but instead, it shows that this controller is currently charging. Is this a known bug?

I am sorry, I messed up. I didn't have Auto remap on with my other PC when I was testing this on 2 PCs at same time. Thanks for consulting though!

Please, specify some details:

As I understand the config that was applied before PC reboot or sleep mode is not applied automatically after reboot or out of sleep mode, is it? You did not remap off manually, did you?


How do you connect your gamepad? Cable or wireless? Is the gamepad seen in the system when the config isn't applied?

Is the "Enable autoremap on startup" option checked? Do you use Autodetect feature?

I bought Raiju Mobile and it seems to work pretty well with reWASD. My only problem so far is that some times when reconnecting to PC after sleep or restart I have to sign my profiles for each slot again. This won't happen every time but I would say 4 out of 10 times.

I am currently rocking reWASD with Microsoft Elite Series 2 controller but I've just sent my second Elite controller to repair for sticky buttons and some bluetooth issues. I will hope that I eventually get a working controller but if not, I am going to probably test Razer Raiju. I just need a good controller with paddles and it has to support reWASD.

What about the Steam Controller? Is that impossible considering future reWASD support?

Hello,

reWASD supports Razer Raiju Ultimate BT (no extra buttons) and Astro C40.

Astro C40 may be detected as Xbox 360 with native drivers or as DS4 without them. Still, paddles are not supported. Hope you will get a chance to check it and give us a feedback.

As for the Razer Raiju Mobile need to check. reWASD has 14 days trial period, so if you have the controller to test - glad to hear your feedback.
