enable mouse move even when remap is enabled

Would be pretty cool, so u dont need to press a button to move ur mouse, its faster and easier to access settings in game or stuff, would be pretty cool

Doesn't quite make sense, as multiple inputs will be detected and a game(s) will constantly switch between controller and mouse (if you talking about keyboard\mouse to controller remapping).

Use shift mode to switch input is more gentle from a gameplay perspective.
