Enabling mouse emulation with another mouse!?

It might sound odd, but if the tool had a way to emulate (or in this case almost "bypass") a mouse, with another mouse (as opposed than a Gamepad) it would be great. Why? This would provide extensive scripting functionality at a lower level (assuming the mouse emulation is done via some HID-compatible driver or so). Thanks!

Do I get you right that you want to create a virtual mouse as a separate device?

Exactly, being able to create a virtual mouse, but having that virtual mouse be controlled by a combination on another mouse and/or keyboard.
