Hold Until Release

I would like to be able to Keycombo the same key multiple times under the Hold Until Release option.

Example: Double Tap "D" then it holds D until release.

I play some games where I have to double Tap a key then hold to sprint or dash and it would be very helpful if I was able to apply this in the Hold Until Release option since the Execute at Once option doesn't hold the keys down after them being executed.

You can use the "Execute at once" mode for this combo. Set such a combo with a big pause inside (screenshot) and check a turbo option. Try if this works for your case.
