Hello there. We do not offer the update change like that, but in case the new version is available, you can see it in the main reWASD's window, at the top-left side. There will be an 'update is available' button.

Yes, you have a check for update on the main program. But again, what I am asking for is right click on ReWASD icon in Taskbar to check for a new version.

I assume you do not use GUI too often, right? Once the GUI is opened, reWASD checks for the updates automatically. Still, the suggestion is certainly taken into account and added to our to-do list. Thank you
