Currently there is only option to add single key press when you release a key.
For example Assassins Creed game have few different loot options. Single press of E for normal item loot or press E for few seconds to open chests. So to loot a bunch of items lying around in a same pile I use spam loot key for several games. Just normally E with rapid fire which I can then hold as long as I need. But to not need to use another key for a chest an option to execute macro on key release would solve this problem.
