Hello,

There is an option to use a key to be able to turn rewasd off but can it be changed to turning it off aswell as on? An on/off toggle function instead of just off?

The Turn On Remap command does not exist, because if remap is disabled, then reWASD does not affect the device in any way and cannot apply any mapping to it.

In your case, if you want to enable and disable remap, you can use Slots. Create a Slot with your config and a second empty Slot. This way, you can turn the remap on and off by switching between them. You can read more about this here.
