Can you provide an example?
Currently, you can set up a [Shift Changer] in [Hold mode] and have mappings you wish to disable set to [Do not inherit] with a [Mute] flag on that [Shift]. With the [Re-press the held button when switching the Shift layer] option enabled at [Preferences > General], you should get the result you want.
