Add Mouse Scroll Up, Scroll Down available in Key Combos

Would it be possible to add the Mouse Scroll Wheel UP / DOWN to the control options in the Key Combos.
I would like to map ALT or CTRL with Mouse Scroll Wheel Up / Down

I am replacing my STEAM Controller configurations and this option is one I can not move to reWASD.

Perhaps I have missed another way to do this?

Mouse scrolls cannot be added to combos, but they can be assigned as normal mappings.
