Would it be possible to to select profiles and turn remap on or off by clicking the controller battery icons in the system tray? I know we can bring up the tray agent by right clicking them, but maybe a list of profiles along with the remap button could be shown so they could be changed quickly, without going into the main program?

reWASD already has slots and autodetect for more convenient configuration switching.
Perhaps you will find these options convenient enough?
