Add support for exporting and importing sub configs.

The ability to have separate configuration setups for each controller within the same group is a sub config, unfortunately you can only export and import the whole config but you can't do the same at the sub config level.

Yes we have. Unless I'm doing it wrong it doesn't work in the way to achieve the goal here.

Doing copy and paste Shift Layers will copy the edits done for the specific sub config that has them but it will paste into the same sub config slot for another shift layer. You cannot choose the sub config to paste into.

(Example: Shift Layer copy of changes of "Gamepad 1" will always paste into "Gamepad 1" instead of "Gamepad 2")


If you could export and import edits at the sub-config level then we could freely load them into any sub-config slot instead of having to do changes from scratch all over again.
