Make ReWASD even smaller.

I really like how you reduced ReWASD in the last update.
You could easily reduce if further. Something like this. There is plenty of header and footer room to add back the missing information.

This was made for reWASD to fit on small screens of handheld consoles.

Why would you need it to be smaller?

I normally have a few open windows open at a time on my desktop. If a program doesn't allow me to reduce it small enough, it can be partially hidden by other programs (like Steam). I have ReWASD at it's smallest and it still conflicts. Why not allow Windows users to reduce it smaller while keeping it larger on handhelds?
