Additional Mouse Touchpad Options for Mobile Controller

I'm wanting to use my phone as a one handed "air mouse / Steam Controller hybrid". My requirements are

• Vertical / Portrait orientation
• Touch screen to engage gyro
• Swipe screen to move cursor

I tried this with the Gamepad Touchpad and it works great BUT it's locked to landscape and I don't think you could make it work in portrait since the touchpad will be stretched on the Y Axis and squashed on the X.

The Mouse Touchpad option though should be perfect. It has portrait orientation already and swipes control the mouse cursor. So I'm asking that you both allow Sensors on the Mouse Touchpad (at least the Gryo) and open up customization for the Tap and Two Finger Tap bindings to the user. Maybe make it an advanced option with a confirmation prompt so that users don't accidentally remove their access to Left Mouse Click if they don't want to.
