Request: Edit Mapping Description when clicking anywhere on that row

I'd like to submit a request for future consideration. It would be awesome if I could edit a mapping's description by clicking anywhere on that row in the panel. Currently it only opens the entry field if I click specifically on the little yellow pen icon. On higher DPI resolutions, this is a bit tiny, unless I take special steps in the OS to alter compatibility. It'd be super handy if I could just click anywhere on the description "row" in the panel and immediately start typing. An even cooler bonus would be if I could click on an already-entered description and begin editing at the place I clicked, such as mid-word or such.
