Rewasd alternative to Android emulator control

Is it possible in rewasd to place keys on the screen Interface in Windows 11? That the keyboard input reacts on a certain screen area? Like it works in Android emulators?

I use the Windows tool "scrcpy" to mirror my Android Phone Screen and control it via Mouse and keyboard input. It works great.

Now I wanted to use rewasd to set the keyboard keys to a specific screen area and lock the mouse so that it moves the screen without holding down the left mouse button.
