Permit the use of Generic Controllers

I would like to suggest to be able to use REWASD with other controllers, even if they appear as generic controllers.

I have a steering wheel and pedals for racing games that appear in REWASD as an unsupported device, but if it were possible to show them as a generic device and allow the use of the detected buttons to make macros, that would be fantastic!

Attached is an example of how Windows detects the steering wheel and all the buttons.

Just a suggestion for future versions, maybe.
