Hey guys, I wanted to bring this up again. Its such an easy modification to make and it would help out Fighting game players a ton.

Absolutely agree with your point! Having the ability to interrupt macros on any input would make a huge difference, especially for fighting games where timing and precise sequences matter.Originally Posted by KOMET View PostOne of the best aspects of GP2040-CE is the option that allows you to interrupt macros on (any) input. reWASD currently has a similar option, you can press [View/Back/Share/Minus]+[Menu/Start/Options/Plus]+[LB/L1/L]+[RB/R1/R] but its absolutely suboptimal, because it pauses the game, opens a menu or does all of the above.
I suggest the option to have the option to cancel a macro on any input.
This is especially helpful for fighting games that require you to be able to input several moves in succession. Should you not hit the first move you would have the option to abandon the entire macro by using another input.

A simple pause at the end of the Combo.
The [Turbo] button allows for [Combo] to repeat while the remapped button is held.
This pause will act as a "buffer time" to prevent the [Combo] from starting again until you re-press the button.

Hey, thanks for the response. Could you explain what you mean by adding a pause node? A simple pause at the start of the combo?

We will consider adding a command like that.
For now, we suggest adding a long pause node (10 sec) to your [Combo] and enabling the [Turbo] option for it.
This way, you will have to hold the button for the [Combo] to continue, allowing you to stop it at any moment by simply releasing the button.
