New feature : Rapid Fire (TURBO) + Toggle

Why we can't use TURBO and TOGGLE at the same time? I'm using Joy2Key remapper for like 4 years now, and that feature is very neat!

Will be nice if if we just press the button ONCE, and the TURBO button function will keep executing till we press the button back to disable TOGGLE + TURBO
