Request disabling certain button in combo

Hello developer~
I am working on using one combo press to change gear with clutch in Forza Horizon4 (similar situation in other racing games) which require following operations:
let off throttle--clutch--change gear--clutch off--throttle again while holding the throttle all the time for convenience. So is such disabling function feasible in combo or it's already feasible current version?

Did I get you right? Pressing the throttle mapped button you do the following sequence: let off throttle->clutch->change gear->clutch off... like a turbo button, correct?
