Playstation Nac Controller Not Recognised

As per title, I have software version 4.1.1 but if I connect my Nav controller to PC via USB it doesn't recognise it (I have 2 and neither works).

Do you use some additional drivers for your PS3 Nav? If yes, please remove them. reWASD works with those controllers without any additional software.

Also, please check whether the controller itself appears in Windows before you open reWASD.
