reWASD not showing Playstation Navigation controller

I'm currently trying out the trial version of reWASD to see that it does what I want. I opened reWASD app and then plugged the PS Nav controller, but reWASD only shows options for an xbox 360 controller, my keyboard, mouse, and such. What am I doing wrong?

For reference, the USB cable is fine. I was able to make scptoolkit to work with the Nav controller. I got rid of that program because the Nav controller was stuck as player 2 on my pc (probably because I've got Gamesir T4 controller installed as well). I was hoping that reWASD could fix that issue, but it won't even recognize the controller.

Please tell me what I can do to test the controller. Let me get it working, so I can buy the app and game already Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

Please double-check that ScpTool was removed completely including Navigation Controller driver as it could interfere and causes the problem. The PS Nav controller perfectly detects\works without 3-rd party drivers.
