I have noticed recently an odd delay or missing/eaten inputs after the most recent 5.2 update. I looked through the forums and the FAQ and wasn't able to find much about it. It does happen consistently but not on the same inputs. Oddly it seems to be consistently doubling my right D-Pad input when/if it registers it at all. I have double-checked to make sure it's not just the aging controller but it detects the inputs fine when I test it through joy.cpl as a physical controller. I am not sure what else to do at this point. Any tips or thoughts?

That is truly strange. Which controller do you use?
Could you please also share the config that is applied and cause the issues? Your configs are stored there: C:\Users\Public\Documents\reWASD\Profiles The *.rewasd file in the folder with a game's name is the one.
There is also one more thing I would ask you to try. Please go to C:\ProgramData\Disc-Soft\reWASD and remove all *.binv2 files you see there. This is a kind of fresh start for the devices you have.
