Hi, My controller keeps disconnecting after 4 games. It’s a lil annoying every time it does this how can I fix this?

Hey there!
First, I would suggest you open Preferences (an icon at the bottom right) and go to Slots tab. Here you will see the hotkeys for slot switching that you can switch off or change. It may be a chance that you switch to another slot, and that is why the controller without mappings seems to be not working.
Also, do you use Autodetect? If you use it, then when you change to another process, the remap goes off. Maybe it is the reason?
