My config is not applying

I deleted every config so that the config is in slot 1 and everytime I click remap the profile doesn't want to turn on. Please help

Please, check that the appropriate device is selected (left lower corner of the software interface) where you map a config. Do you try to apply with keyboard+mouse? Also, can you take the screenshot?

May I ask you to ungroup created devices group and re-initialize keyboard and mouse, like this - https://joxi.net/DmBLKZXhJQ91qA Try to apply the config separately to mouse and keyboard checking via joy.cpl ( win start - joy.cpl ). If it's work, group devices again and apply the config - https://streamable.com/zzo0g

And please, be sure that "Apply" button presses to apply config.

1. Does it work if config applied for the mouse or keyboard separately after re-initialization? As a common issue that device initializes unproperly (if it's connected vis BT or wi-fi dongle).

2. May I ask you to create a short video where we may see the problem? According to the screenshot, everything is correct so, it's hard to tell where the problem is.

For your first step yes, it works seperately but when I group them together it just doesn't want to apply and create the controller.

I will post the video after this post because I am currently busy right now. Thank you so much for the help.
