I keep loosing REWASD configurations during game play and only able to get them back by opening the REWASD dashboard and hitting apply to my ESO configuration. My controller is connection to laptop with cable. Have had REWASD 4/9/18 and this issue has only been happening in the last month.

It possible that you switch to another slot by accident. Please check the slots shortcuts of software options and disable it if you don't use it.
Also, do you use the Autodetect option?Don't worry! Be Happy!
