I don't know why why config isn't turning on the remap ? This happened last time, I've already reinizialited my mouse and my keyboard except for my controller because I can't reinzialise that.

That sounds strange. Please try the following:
1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Disc-Soft\reWASD and remove all *binv2 files you see there.
2. Restart reWASD, initialize your keyboard and mouse but do NOT group them.
3. Apply your config to keyboard and check whether the remap turns on.
4. Do the same for your mouse.
5. If 3-4 is OK, group the devices and try to apply config again
Also, you may try start reWASD as Administrator and do the steps 3-5 again.
