Can I map the paddles on the xbox elite controller to their own, independent buttons?

I want to use the paddles as extra buttons. I don't want them to be mapped to other buttons on the controller or keyboard buttons. I want them as "P1", "P2", "P3", and "P4". Is this possible?

Hello,

First, you need to plug the Elite 2 with Xbox Accessories app, cabled and unmap paddles. Then using reWASD assign required mappings, like a controller button or combo or keyboard button,etc. Here the link how it should proceed - https://help.rewasd.com/faq/troubleshooting.html#20 (section 20).
