Mode Shift and Long key press at same time

I am currently trying to do mode Shift with my Elite Controller V2. The goal would be to long-press Left Stick so that it would complete a key combo CTRL+WIN+O and Mode Shift gamepad layout to a different mode. Is this possible with one long press or do I need to complete these steps with two different button presses.

This would allow me to open Windows 10 On-Screen Keyboard and change gamepad controls so that it would be easier to use.
