razer problem

my friend just bought the full pakkage and he use razer blackwidow chroma v2 keyboard, razer mamba mouse and razer goliathus mousepad.
but in rewasd app, rewasd thinks that the goliathus mousepad is the keyboard and the blackwidow keyboard is the mouse.
mamba mouse works as a mouse but i can't get the blackwidow reconized as a keyboard

Do you connect these devices with separate USB ports or using a USB hub?
