Latest Update failed to install

I've been checking out this program for the last few days and today when I went to use it it required an update. When I went to install the update it states, "Fait to install reWASD. Error Code: -532462766".

I even uninstalled the old version and tried to reinstall a fresh copy but no luck. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello! It may be a chance that something in your system blocks reWASD.
Could you please try to switch firewall and antivirus apps off and try the clean re-installation one more time?

You will need to uninstall reWASD, reboot, install it again (get your build from https://www.rewasd.com/) and reboot one more time.

Also, please check these steps:

- Remove the current version. Download the latest 5.3 setup official website. Run it.
- Go to the C:\Users\{YOUR_USER_NAME}\AppData\Local\Temp\REWAS D_INSTALL_TMP and copy to the Desktop RewasdInstaller.exe.
- Proceed with the installation.

Also, May I ask you to check the Event Viewer (win button press - type Event viewer) aby errors regarding the reWASD. Also, check event error from the Source ".NET Runtime".
