If I upgrade Windows Versions do I have to repurchase a license?

Title ^^ I am changing to Windows 10 LTSC (im not sure if it's supported) and I was just wondering do I need to purchase a new license to use the program since it says 1 pc only and wouldn't changing windows versions change the HWID?

FYI, I also use LTSC and reWASD works great over here. AFAIK there isn't any program that doesn't work with LTSC because it is simply Windows 10 without the UWP platform so all win32 applications should run fine since all of those dlls and drivers and whatnot are present.

Thank you @CriticalComposer for your feedback. It's correct reWASD works on any Windows 10 version except Windows 10S as it requires application installed from the Windows Store only.
