G502 HERO

Well when i remap my mouse like right stick doesnt work. If I use my another mouse sharkoon drakonia works well but when i try to use g502 hero like right stick doesnt show me the typical message what say me the mouse will be disabled. When i try with g502 2 just the config get applied and dont show me the message and i cant remap the right stick because i can still using the mouse normally. And yes i have unmaped .

Please check that the Advanced Mapping feature is active (it has 3 days free to test if you're trialing the software) - https://prnt.sc/rx6rwb.

Need to be sure that the config applied to correctly initialized device. Please try to check via Detection mode - https://help.rewasd.com/interface/device-detection.html. I think the config applies the wrong device as a provided mouse is reported itself as several devices - https://help.rewasd.com/faq/troubleshooting.html#16. So, check that the right device is selected to apply the config.

I have a lifetime license with all included Advanced Mapping Feature , with the sharkoon drakonia everything works Perfectly, but when i try the g502 hero dont apply the config, u can check it everything is good.

and u can check the mouse is mapping like right stick, idk why.

At the second imagen is not applied the mapping but because i didnt apply, if i apply dont happen anything like i said.

Thank you for your reply.

Let's try this way:
1. Ungroup the keyboard and mouse (according to your screenshot devices are still in a group).
2. Select mouse only, select the Remote Play config and hit apply button - https://prnt.sc/rxdzln. The mouse became irresponsible as the right thumbstick is emulated with mouse movements.
3. Press the win button and type joy.cpl. Do you see Wireless controller, like this - https://prnt.sc/rxe2mn? If so, please press the "Tab" button to highlight the properties - > press Enter. Move your mouse, press mouse buttons, do you see interactions?

Then do re-initialization that way - https://streamable.com/j3vzy2 (I use a laptop so the cursor was moving because of the touchpad. The mouse is not moving after apply button press).

Also please check that On-Board Memory option is selected in the native Logitech gaming software. That is the option you need to make your mouse cooperate with reWASD properly

Yeah works now, re-initiating the mouse fix the problem, so many thanks Star-Lord, u are the boss.
