Is it possible to bind thumbstick zones by quadrant rather than deflection?

I'm trying to emulate a repeated key press using thumbstick input, but the options for thumbstick axis binding are an odd choice...it's segmented in a "bullseye" rather than a "pie".

I need reWASD to repeatedly press a single arrow key, respective to thumbstick direction (amount of deflection is irrelevant), with a specific interval and repeat until thumbstick is centered again. The current zone options do not allow this since binding one binds all directions of the thumbstick for that deflection range. Is there a way to do this?

You may do it with shortcuts.

1. Please open the Shortcut (1) and set required stick direction + zones (2), select the key combo option (3) - http://dl3.joxi.net/drive/2020/04/24...57c50904db.png

2. Inside combo add required arrow key direction - http://dl3.joxi.net/drive/2020/04/24...26fa507533.png

3 Press back and check turbo (4), set required pause between shots.
