Hello,
Trying to connect wirelessly do you see blue light home button ON (on the controller)? Perhaps the battery was drowned. Does reWASD see the controller by wired?
Also, I would suggest to re-pair the controller in the system and check if reWASD detects it again.

Switch Pro Controller not detected
Yesterday I was able to set up my switch pro controller, pair it with W10 and reWASD, everything was working perfectly. This morning I played on my switch for a while then went back to my computer but since then reWASD doesn't find my pro controller. Windows does tell me that it's paired but when I go on reWASD it doesn't detect it. I tried "Detect active device" button while pressing on the pairing button on my switch but nothing happen.
