Please, specify more details.

Do you use the keyboard and mouse as the virtual controller? What mappings do you use? I would recommend doing the following:

1. Check if an advanced mapping setting is active (3 days trial if you're testing the software).

2. Check if devices were initialized correctly and re-do them if they weren't following this manual.

Let me know if the problem persists.

Have you followed the steps I posted above? To use the remote play config, the advanced mapping feature has to be active and devices are initialized correctly. Please, follow steps and let us know if the problem persists.
