Blue screen "wdf violation" with update 5.5

Hello, i updated from version 5.4 to 5.5 the installation worked correctly, but when i restart a blue screen appears with "wdf violation" (Wdf01000.sys) systematically.

I switched to "windows safe mode" to uninstall your program otherwise my pc is blocked.

But what can be done to resolve this?

My configuration
Win10 pro 1909 (18363.1049) last update at day
AMD driver 20.8.2
I use pad dualshock4 v2, xbox 360 and steam controller

May I ask you to provide the dump file. Usually, it stores %SystemRoot%memory.dmp i.e C:\Windows\memory.dmp. Please, check it and send us dump file to research.
