any ideas if it's possible to map left mouse click in a specific screen position/x, y coordinate please?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to make such action in the current version of our software.
Still, we are working to make possible writing a Key Combo where you can write in some distance of the mouse movement. But it is still not the one you are asking.
We will consider your question as a suggestion as well.
Hopefully, you can make your actions with a feature we are planning.

thanks for the reply, this indeed might be useful for more users, I can imagine various applications. Nevertheless also thanks for reWASD, it's a pretty neat app and it's helping me in areas I wouldn't think of normally.
