Combo doesn't work

I tried to map Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F1 to Steam+(X) but nothing happens.

I tried both "Hold until release" and "Execute at once".

Hi there,

1. Please, check the shortcut press time option and set time bigger.
2. Doesn't work out the game as well? Like open the notepad or app sort of a viewkeycode and check if the combo works there.
