Need to use combos with the joystick on my nav controller for fortnite

I want to create a combo so that when I use the joystick for movement, the respective arrow key on the keyboard also gets pressed simultaneously.
But In the combo creator scene, the joystick directions show up as only two buttons.
For eg. there are only two buttons for the left joystick(both with two directional arrows for the x and y axis respectively) vs the individual directions for up, down, left ,right configurable from the main screen.

Please help with this.
