I’ve tried buying rewasd about 3 times and each time it takes my money then says payment pending. I haven’t received any confirmation email just one that’s says it was a error and gives me a discount to buy it again they haven’t replied to my emails asking where my confirmation email is so I don’t know what to do.

I believe there is some issue from the payment provider side.
But in this case there is really nothing we can do as the payment cannot be completed for some reason. With such questions it is better to contact the payment provider. The one which sent you an email message.
We can check if the payment was made, but for this, please provide us with your payment information (Payment type, billing country and the email address used).
Some screenshots of emails\errors are welcome as well.
