How can I restore a ps4 controller to default?

I have a ps4 controller that is now blinking yellow. How can i restore it to its default settings?

"Flashing yellow" means that controller is charging. So you probably should just let it charge to full.
You can set preferable light at [Preferences > LED settings] by selecting [DualShock 4].
If you want to disable LED - uncheck everything but the [Prevent other apps from using LED] checkbox.
