Problem with installation

Hey everyone, sorry english is not my first language, so i'll do my best.

When i Launch the Installer, NOTHING opens ... i tried in normal mode, as administrator, i even did reboot my computer many times..

I already bought the license because i tested REWASD at my friend's home.

When i Type "rewasd" in my windows search bar, i can find "rewasd installer TextTrace"

Specify the NET framework version (here is a link to check)?
Any running antiviruses. Please, disable them all temporarily.

Please, also check the C:\ProgramData\Disc-Soft\reWASD directory. There is a log folder with *.etl files, please send them to us. Any else text or dmp files this directory?
